PA state Rep. Chris Rabb's legislation to provide additional protection to inheritors to prevent forced sales of inherited properties is one step closer to becoming law. Rabb's Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Acts passed in the PA House and will now go to the Senate for concurrence.
