Pa. state Rep. Josh Siegel joined fellow legislators, teachers and students at the Boys and Girl Club of Allentown to celebrate funding in this year's budget for a statewide Building Opportunity through Out-of-School Time (BOOST) program. Siegel says this investment will help keep kids safe while also providing educational opportunities and fun activities that they otherwise might not have access to.
