Rep. Tina Davis March 26, 2024 | 4:17 PM
PA state Rep. Tina Davis thanks her colleagues in the House and Senate for finally passing legislation to protect Pennsylvania’s children from abusive and violent parents. Kayden’s law is named for Kayden Mancuso who was murdered by her biological father. It was first introduced in 2018 and would update the criteria courts use when granting custody to parents. The legislation will now go to Governor Josh Shapiro to be signed into law.
