Who May Apply: Existing PACTT Affiliates.

Use: To improve services for delinquent youth receiving academic and career/technical training services.

Funds: Awards up to $75,000 for 24-month projects.

Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission: Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Pumpout Grant Program  (Funding Source: Federal Funding)

Who May Apply: Local governmental entities and private businesses that own and operate boating facilities.

Use: To fund the construction, renovation, and maintenance of pumpout and dump stations to service pleasure boats.

Funds: Reimburse up to 75% of the installation cost of pumpout and dump stations.

Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency: 2022-23 School Safety and Security Training and Technical Assistance Program  (Funding Source: FY 2022 School Safety and Security Grant Program Fund)

Who May Apply: Non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education (not-for profit), and for-profit organizations.

Use: To support school safety and security training and technical assistance for school employees and School Safety and Security Coordinators.

Funds: PCCD expects to issue one award with a budget not to exceed $4.8 million over the four-year project period.

Commonwealth Financing Authority: Philadelphia Local Share Account (LSA) Program  (Funding Source: Local Share Account – Philadelphia)

Who May Apply: Eligible applicants include any of the following entities located within the City of Philadelphia: Community Development Corporations, Economic development organizations and redevelopment authorities, business improvement districts/neighborhood improvement districts, not-for-profit organizations with a 501(c) designation, the City of Philadelphia, and the School District of Philadelphia.

Use: To support economic development, neighborhood revitalization, community improvement, and public interest projects in the City of Philadelphia.

Funds: Grant amounts will vary based on the specific project requirements, but are limited to a minimum request/award of $10,000 and a maximum request/award of $500,000.

Commonwealth Financing Authority: COVID-19 ARPA PA Arts and Culture Recovery Program (PACR)  (Funding Source: American Rescue Plan Act Funding)

Who May Apply: Arts and culture organizations must be one of the following categories to be eligible for funding: Arts Organization, Culture Organization, Arts or Culture Organization that manages a Local Arts or Culture District, Children’s Museum, General Museum with at least two equally significant disciplines, History Museum or Historical Site, Military or Maritime Museum, Natural History Museum, Accredited Zoo, Planetarium, Science and Technology Center, Orchestra, Art Museum, Performing Arts Organization, and Public Gardens.

Use: To provide grants to nonprofit arts and culture organizations, local arts and culture districts and arts and culture professionals located in the Commonwealth to ensure the stability and recovery of the Commonwealth’s arts and culture sector from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funds: The maximum grant is 25% of the operating budget for the most recently completed fiscal year or $500,000, whichever is less, per eligible applicant. The minimum grant is $25,000 per eligible applicant.

PA Department of Aging Senior Center Grant Program: December 16, 2022  (Funding Source: Lottery Fund)

  • Pennsylvania Senior Community Centers with an existing, contractual relationship with an Area Agency on Aging. - To help Pennsylvania’s Senior Community Centers increase participation and programming and to attract the ever-growing population of older adults in Pennsylvania.

PA Fish and Boat Commission Boating Facility Grant: December 31, 2022  (Funding Source: Boat Fund)

  • Public entities, such as townships, boroughs, municipal and county governments, as well as nonprofit groups (501c3) including land trusts, conservancies and watershed associations that have or will have the capability to provide boat access facilities that are open and available for general public use. - To provide funding for the planning, acquisition, development, expansion and rehabilitation of public boating facilities located on the waters of the Commonwealth.

DHS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Quality Improvement Program: December 31, 2022 or until funds are expended  (Funding Source: Federal Funding)

  • An entity enrolled with the Department’s OLTL as a Medical Assistance provider type 59 and have a signed OLTL-HCBS Waiver Agreement and be actively rendering services to participants in the CHC or OBRA waiver programs or both as of the date of May 1, 2022. - To help HCBS providers implement projects to improve the quality of services provided to individuals in the CHC and the OBRA waiver programs.

PHMC Keystone Historic Preservation Planning Grant Program: March 1, 2023 (Funding Source: Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation Fund)

  • Local governments, historic preservation organizations, historical societies, conservancies, colleges and universities, religious institutions, museums, and other historical organizations. Historic property must be publicly accessible and listed in, or documented as eligible for listing in, the National Register of Historic Places.  Private property owners and businesses are not eligible. - To support projects that identify, preserve, promote and protect historic and archaeological resources of Pennsylvania for both the benefit of the public and the revitalization of communities.

PHMC Keystone Historic Preservation Construction Grant Program: March 1, 2023 (Funding Source: Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation Fund)

  • Local governments, historic preservation organizations, historical societies, conservancies, colleges and universities, religious institutions, museums, and other historical organizations. Historic property must be publicly accessible and listed in, or documented as eligible for listing in, the National Register of Historic Places.  Private property owners and businesses are not eligible. - To support projects that rehabilitate, restore, or preserve historic resources listed in or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.

DEP Small Business Advantage Grant Program: March 24, 2023 or until funds are exhausted  (Funding Source: Recycling Fund & Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund)

  • Registered Pennsylvania for-profit businesses with 100 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and which are taxed as a for-profit business. - To purchase energy efficient or pollution prevention equipment, or adopt waste reduction processes. Examples of eligible projects include HVAC and boiler upgrades, high-efficiency LED lighting, digital X-ray equipment, solvent recovery systems, water and waste recycling processes, auxiliary power units (APUs), and agricultural BMPs. Projects must save the small business a minimum of $500 and at least 25% annually in energy consumption or pollution related expenses. Natural resource protection projects must quantify the reduction of nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment loadings reaching the receiving waterway.
