Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency: Assessing Racial & Ethnic Disparities (R/ED) in PA’s Criminal Justice System (Funding Source: Federal Funding)
Who May Apply: Higher education institutions (public/not-for-profit), nonprofit organizations, and for-profit institutions (i.e., consulting firms).
Use: To develop and implement a statewide research initiative to identify current R/ED levels using quantitative methods, understand potential drivers using qualitative methods, and make recommendations to chart a path forward.
